This Privacy Policy explains what information Sudoku AI ("the App") collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information. Sudoku AI is developed and maintained by an independent developer.
Sudoku AI is a puzzle game that runs entirely on your device. The App does not require an account, does not collect personal data through normal gameplay, and does not access your camera, microphone, location, or contacts. The only personal information collected is an email address, and only if you choose to voluntarily submit it through an optional newsletter signup form.
Game data. Your puzzle progress, scores, settings, and saved games are stored locally on your device only. This information is never transmitted to, or stored on, any server we operate.
Email address (optional). If you choose to sign up for updates or a newsletter, you may be directed to a separate Google Form where you can voluntarily provide your email address. This is entirely optional and is not required to use the App. Email addresses submitted this way are used solely to send occasional updates about the App and are processed in accordance with Google's own privacy practices for Google Forms.
We do not collect device identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, or any other personal information through the App.
The only information we collect outside of your device — email addresses submitted via the optional newsletter form — is used exclusively to send you updates about Sudoku AI. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
We do not share, sell, or transfer any personal information to third parties. Email addresses collected through the optional newsletter form are stored within Google Forms / Google Sheets, subject to Google's own privacy and security practices.
Game progress and settings remain on your device and are not transmitted elsewhere. Email addresses, if provided, are stored using Google's infrastructure (Google Forms). We take reasonable steps to ensure information is handled securely, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Sudoku AI does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The optional newsletter signup is intended for users who are old enough to provide consent under applicable law. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
You can use Sudoku AI fully without ever providing an email address. If you've submitted your email via the newsletter form and would like it removed, contact us using the information below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
